Dots in pink – Points of pain
- 1.Fold about one-third of the patch and make a 2-3 cm cut in the center.Then, peel off the film.
- 2.Pull both shorter ends of the patch and center the cut/opening over the shoulder.
- 3.Stretch the longer ends of the patch (along shoulder and arm) and press down thoroughly.

- 1.Fold the patch in half and make a 2-3 cm cut along the outside edge (as picture shown). Then, peel off the film.
- 2.Extend and place patch along the neck.
- 3.Press down thoroughly.

- 1.Fold about one-third of the patch and make a 2-3 cm cut in the center. Then, peel off the film.
- 2.Pull shorter ends of the patch and center the cut/opening over the knee.
- 3.Stretch the longer ends of the patch (along leg above and below the knee) and press down thoroughly.

- 1.Fold patch in half and make a 2-3 cm cut along the outside edge (as picture shown). Then, peel off the film.
- 2.Wrap the upper half of the patch around the ankle.
- 3.Apply the other half of the patch around the foot.
- 4.Press down thoroughly.

- 1.Fold about one-third of the patch and make a 2-3 cm cut in the center.Then, peel off the film.
- 2.Pull the longer side of the patch and center the cut/opening over the heel.
- 3.Stretch the longer ends of the patch (along leg above the ankle and on the sole of the foot) and press down thoroughly.
