- Fold about one-third of the patch and make a 2-3 cm cut in the center.Then, peel off the film.
- Pull both shorter ends of the patch and center the cut/opening over the shoulder.
- Stretch the longer ends of the patch (along shoulder and arm) and press down thoroughly.

- Fold the patch in half and make a 2-3 cm cut along the outside edge (as picture shown). Then, peel off the film.
- Extend and place patch along the neck.
- Press down thoroughly.

- Fold about one-third of the patch and make a 2-3 cm cut in the center. Then, peel off the film.

- Stretch the longer ends of the patch (along leg above and below the knee) and press down thoroughly.

- Wrap the upper half of the patch around the ankle.
- Apply the other half of the patch around the foot.
- Press down thoroughly.
